They are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their innovative UK design team. In this pivotal role, you will help deliver outstanding civil design solutions for water industry projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure, working with their prestigious clients, such as Severn Trent and United Utilities.
About the role:
- Lead the civil design content of water industry projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage all stages of design, from feasibility and optioneering to detailed design for construction.
- Supervise junior engineers and provide mentoring to support their development.
- Produce detailed civil design packages, reports, drawings, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on prestigious water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK.
About you:
- A strong technical background in Water/Wastewater infrastructure design.
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, working towards professional accreditation.
- Proficient in MS Office and engineering tools such as AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Client-focused, organised, and motivated to meet deadlines.
