Machine Operative Paignton, Devon Temp to Perm opportunity gap personnel Exeter are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing company based in Paignton. As a machine operator you will take full responsibility for the departments operating of its machinery correctly. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for: Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Loading materials into a pre-programmed machine Unloading finished materials from machines and storing into correct locations Maintain a clean and organised work area. Requirements: Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Working Hours & Pay Rate: Monday to Friday, 0600am – 1400pm / 1400pm – 2200pm Training for 6-12 weeks will involve working Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30 Friday 07:30 – 12:00 £11.44ph £17.16ph Overtime paid after 38.5hrs Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff.
