Our client, a successful tech scale-up, cash generative SME, with a £5m turnover and employing 70 staff, is looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven CEO, supported by a first-class senior leadership team. We are looking to recruit an Ecommerce & e Tail Manager on their behalf to spearhead the creation and development of a new range of health supplements and wellness products. This individual will play a key role in managing product selection/optimisation, marketing, and sales strategies to grow the company’s online health and wellness offerings.
As Ecommerce Manager you will:
- Develop and curate a new range of health supplements and wellness products
- Research trends, identify new products, and work with suppliers to source the highest quality items
- Create and implement strategies to drive traffic and sales across the ecommerce platform
- Monitor competitor offerings, customer preferences, and industry trends
- Oversee the setup and ongoing management of products on ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central UK
- Ensure that product pages are fully optimized with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and keywords
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and the logistics team to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent either stockouts or overstock issues
- Collaborate with the Marketing division to develop and execute social media and online marketing strategies to improve product visibility and increase sales
- Analyse customer feedback, reviews, and sales data to identify opportunities for product improvements and create promotions that drive sales
- Monitor sales/conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs and provide regular reports to the management team on ROI, cost of sales and revenue generated
As Ecommerce Manager you will need:
- Considerable experience in Ecommerce & e Tail
- Experience of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central UK
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
