Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the preparation of monthly Auto-WIP and Journal returns
- Liaising with the Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries, and disallowed items
- Providing cost analysis via SAP and Power BI
- Assisting the Construction Manager with the compilation of Project Board Reports
- Overseeing the Subcontract Management processes
To be successful in this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will need:
