Having recently secured Series A funding they’re scaling quickly and are looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven individual to help expand our reach in key markets worldwide. About the Role : As a Technical Business Development Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive growth and secure new clients in emerging markets. This role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working to develop a strong market presence and increase revenue Build and develop new customer relationships in assigned sales verticals. Regular client visits to understand needs and secure alignment with solutions. Accurately forecast and report on your sales pipeline and results. Identify new markets and expand cross-functional opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Over time, develop networks with customers to inform future product development. About You: You’re a results-oriented, proactive individual with a talent for sales in Oil & Gas Solutions. You’re driven, highly organised, and excel in building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, ideally with innovative or disruptive technology. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a “hunter” mindset. Background of selling into Oil & Gas. Highly motivated and comfortable with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and ease working across internal teams. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software (HubSpot preferred). Knowledge of the water/environmental industry is a bonus but not essential. Package: Base salary: £60,000-£65,000. First-year OTE: £100,000 (uncapped). Second-year OTE: up to £140,000. Fully remote, with occasional visits to the UK office. (1-2 times a month).
