Principal Electronics Engineer Permanent Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 1.30pm Salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience) Based in West Sussex / Hybrid Are you a Principal Electronics Engineer looking to take the next step in your career by joining a high-precision manufacturing solutions company? Our client is looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer to serve as a mentor for less seasoned engineers, conduct extensive R&D developments, and contribute substantial experience and insight to project development. Job Description Leading headline projects for the business and will be expected to set the standards of good engineering practice, leading by example, and often be seen as an expert in their given field. Help support development of bids, proposals and acquisition of new business. Enhance the technology within the business, providing subject matter expertise for technology areas and apply these to R&D development activities or projects. Take technical leadership of multi-disciplined projects, with the ability to foster a culture of systematic approach while providing our customers with solutions. Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience of leading and supervising projects and people. Ability to investigate and fault find technical problems at PCB or system level, with capability to identify root cause or procedural reforms.
