Key Responsibilities:
- Lead asset maintenance activities across your assigned SAP EAM work centres.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, planned & reactive maintenance, and site-wide operational support.
- Engage 3rd party service providers, ensuring safe systems of work (SSOW) and compliance with RAMS.
- Liaise with the Security Team for controlled site access and contractor escorting.
- Support asset validation processes and drive improvements through documentation and audits.
- Produce clear process instructions and contribute to departmental innovation.
- Mentor junior team members and help develop a high-performance culture.
