HR Business Partner for fast growing professional services business based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional generalist skills to support the business through their growth and development. You will act as a trusted partner to the group and support the business goals and embed the HR strategy. You will: Provide expert HR advice and guidance across business groups Support, lead, advise client groups and employees across the business in all areas of HR and employee relations. Including performance improvement plans, investigations, disciplinaries, performance management, and grievance policies and processes Support client groups with the change management process, including pay review, benefits review or any other change processes as required. Contribute to develop HR projects Develop the people skills of client groups through coaching, feedback and support so that they can manage and develop their staff effectively Effectively partner to the management team, ensuring alignment with the people strategy This is a great role if you are looking for a fast-paced environment where you can make a change! This is a dynamic business and needs someone who can thrive in an environment where change is quick and frequent! You will need to be able to think on your feet and you must have experience within generalist HR, ER and Policies and Procedures. Excellent communication skills are a must and a professional/financial services background is essential. This is a hybrid role – 2/3 days in the office and rest from home. Looking for an IMMEDIATE start! 12 month contract to perm.
