Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control

Working on a variety of Health Science projects, including both new builds and refurbishments

Running a project

ARB/RIBA Registered

Live in a commutable distance of Kings Cross Station

Hard working & motivated individual

A background working on either Health Science or Education projects is required

Proficiency with Revit

To not have solely residential experience

Minimum 2 years post qualifying Part 2/3

Proven Design skills, creativity and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
