Location: Hybrid Remote / London working FIND are working with a Technology Training & Consultancy organisation at the forefront of the Tech Hire-Train-Deploy industry. Having already set up successful Data, AI, Cloud & Software Engineering training academies, they’re now looking to do the same within Cyber Security, due to high client demand. They’re looking to hire a Cyber Security Training Lead, to develop and lead on a cutting-edge 12-week training program designed to prepare the next generation of cyber security professionals This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned cyber security professional with a passion for training & education! Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development / Programme Build: Take the requirements pre-gathered from their clients, and lead on developing a comprehensive 12-week cyber security programme that covers both foundational and advanced topics, using hands-on labs and real-world scenarios. Lead Training: Serve as the Lead Instructor for the program. This will include guiding participants through practical labs, simulations, and real-life case studies, ensuring they gain practical, industry-ready skills. Assess & Mentor: Develop assessment methodologies to measure student progress and knowledge retention.
