Managing a team of approximately 26 in total across workshop, service, warranty and parts, this would suit someone with exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities: Manage the Service Desk; Coach and supervise the Aftersales team, ensuring targets are met; Regularly review, update and implement processes to improve efficiency; Resolve customer complaints and any internal Service issues; Staff management including appraisals; Generate and present progress reports to the senior leadership team; Promote a positive work ethos within the team including good housekeeping. Requirements: Excellent organisational skills; Excellent communication skills; Able to demonstrate previous success in management of a Motor Trade Service / Aftersales team; Ability to juggle a busy workload and also monitor the workload of the team; 100% customer-focused; Smartly presented; Strong IT skills; Target driven – keen to exceed customer expectations, company expectations and your own personal targets; Ability to adapt and implement change where necessary.
