Are you an experienced Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established private planning consultancy based in Bedford, is seeking a Senior or Principal Town Planner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified planner with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to play a key role in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The Role:
- Preparing planning appraisals for development sites
- Submitting pre-application enquiries and full planning applications
- Managing listed building consent applications
- Preparing and submitting planning appeals
- Drafting representations to Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan consultations
