Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fantastic new role for a Residential Legal Assistant at a National law firm. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join their Residential and Conveyancing team.
Residential Legal Assistant responsibilities:
- Submit registration and reply to requisitions through Land Registry Portal
- Experience of Leasehold transactions
- Provide client updates and deal with queries
- Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax and submit applications
- General administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a conveyancing assistant
- Understanding of the conveyancing process
- Knowledge of day-to-day operations within a legal office
- Strong knowledge of case management software
