Holt Doctors is a market leading provider of healthcare staffing in the UK. We support NHS Trusts, Primary Care providers and the private sector by working closely with them and sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent positions. We are legally required to support our doctors through appraisal and revalidation processes, a vital service for doctors' careers, that requires a high level of care and delivery.

The Revalidation Manager will be responsible for the appraisal and revalidation process for over 700 doctors, ensuring compliance with GMC requirements. You will manage records, liaise with various stakeholders, and handle concerns and complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage GMC Connect, new connections and chasing appraisals and L2P updates.
  • Report non-engagement and ensure timely revalidation.
  • Handle concerns and complaints, liaising with GMC, Clients, Subcontractor agencies and NHS Resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Medical Recruitment experience ideal.
  • Knowledge of GMC revalidation processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess the severity of medical concerns and make informed decisions.
