Job Description

Your new company Our client is anot-for-profit organisation based in Oldham, looking for a Accounts PayableOfficer on a 6 month fixed term contract on par time hours working 30hours. Your new role You will be responsible for processing invoices,managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing activities

What you'll need to succeed You will have:

  • A good knowledge & understanding of the end to end Accounts Payable Process.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
