Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000

The role of the Estimator Mechanical Building Services will involve:

Mechanical Estimator position dealing with a range of mechanical building service & maintenance contracts
Receiving and reviewing enquiries from end users and facilities management companies
Carrying out site surveys to gain a better understanding of project requirements
Review drawings, specifications, and documentation to assist in preparing quotes and support in developing larger estimates
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices
Presenting quotes to client and following project through to completion
Build and develop client relationships to understand specific client needs and understand key drivers and discover future opportunities
Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £200k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Mechanical Building Services experience with:

Must have experience as a Mechanical Estimator, dealing with a range of HVAC products such as boilers, heat pumps, chillers and ancillaries

Working knowledge of heating, domestic water, chilled water and basic gas in live environments

Ideally will have a HNC in Building Services, however experience weighs heavier

IT literate (Microsoft Office & Estimating software)

High levels of attention to detail and organisation

Full UK driving license
