Fit Out Project Manager Opportunity - Tier 1 MEP Contractor - Small Works
MK Search are currently working with a tier 1 MEP contractor who are looking to engage with an experienced Fit Out Project Manager for their small works division. They are a dynamic, growing contractor who have a strong reputation in the commercial and data centre markets.
You will be tasked with managing 10-15 projects at once up to the value of £100k each, working alongside a team of very experienced staff both MEP and construction focused while delivering to prestigious end clients across London.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Divisional Director, you will lead and manage fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with the site team, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
