Pod is excited to partner with a leading media company that creates engaging collectible products for global markets and they are currently looking for a Distribution & Production Executive to join their supply chain team in London (3 days in the office).
In this role, you’ll support the operational side of both distribution and production, helping ensure a smooth product flow across multiple international markets.

You will…
- Oversee and maintain accurate stock management processes
- Manage global shipping operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve efficiency
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the wider team
- Monitor and coordinate with 3PL providers, including task allocation and performance tracking
- Facilitate clear and effective internal and external communication across teams and partners
- Support cost control initiatives, including supplier negotiation and budget tracking
About you:
- 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and a solid understanding of shipping and logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
- Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
