Rotherwood Recruitment are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established and accomplished team in Keighley. Suitable applicants will be highly self-motivated, ambitious and enjoy working in a role that is varied yet challenging. The role: • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various mediums including social media and referrals • Interviewing candidates, assessing their suitability and skills and checking all right to work documentation • Meeting with clients to discuss vacancy briefs and candidate specifications • Delivering exceptional service to all candidates by keeping them regularly updated The ideal candidate: You will be highly self-motivated and will want to work in a role that offers a challenge and diversity each day. You will be resilient and be happy to meet clients to negotiate pricing and terms of business. No experience is needed, however, candidates that have a background in Telesales or Sales are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided; this will be hands on and practical rather than theoretical and there is the opportunity to study at Diploma and/or degree level for the right candidate.
