Since its launch, this app-based business has already attracted over 1 million users across key markets in the US, Europe, and beyond. As the company continues its impressive growth trajectory, they’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the charge in scaling their digital marketing efforts and driving new app downloads and user acquisition across multiple global markets. This is a high-impact role that combines both strategy and hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for leading a team to drive high-performing campaigns, user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. What You’ll Find in This Role: A dynamic, fully remote environment where you’ll lead a talented, diverse team of 5 performance marketers, spread across various markets. A unique opportunity to lead from the front —driving strategy, setting ambitious growth goals, and mentoring a high-performing team while preparing them for future scaling. Ownership of a key growth area within the business, influencing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including Paid Social, Google Ads, App Installs, Affiliates, Display, and more. This role is perfect for a hands-on performance marketing leader with a strong background in user acquisition, and driving app downloads who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is excited to build and scale marketing teams. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement high-impact performance marketing strategies across multiple channels to fuel user acquisition and revenue growth. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of talented performance marketers, ensuring best-in-class results across all campaigns. Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, App Installs, Affiliates, Display, and other paid media platforms . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, tech) to align marketing efforts with company goals. Manage a substantial marketing budget , optimizing for ROAS and CAC while driving business growth. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on performance analysis. Who You Are: Proven Experience : You bring at least 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fintech app businesses, high-growth mobile first startups or an agency as a Performance Director or equivalent, focused on driving app downloads. Data-Driven & Results-Oriented : You thrive on using data to drive decisions and have consistently delivered strong ROI and growth metrics. Experienced Leader : You’ve led a team of performance marketers and know how to build a culture of accountability and excellence. Expert in Digital Channels : Your expertise spans Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. Analytical Thinker : You’re proficient in using Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools to extract insights and optimise campaigns.
