Become a Projects QHSE Advisor with Our Client!\\n\\nWe're thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for a Projects QHSE Advisor to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis.\\n\\nThis newly established role will play a key part in supporting a variety of ongoing projects across the UK. As a national, home-based position, it will involve travel to offices and project sites, primarily in the South and London regions.\\n\\nWorking Hours\\n\\nMonday to Friday, 40 hours per week\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nProvide expert QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team.\\nDrive the enhancement of QSHE standards across all projects.\\nOffer insights on QSHE matters, including legislative updates and company standards.\\nConduct QSHE inspections for all project works under the contract.\\nMaintain accurate project QHSE records.\\nLead QSHE inductions and provide coaching and training for employees.\\nDeliver presentations and briefings as required.\\nAdvocate for compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, including Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and environmental considerations.\\nRecommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.\\n\\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\\n\\nEssential:\\n\\nNEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.\\nComprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, especially CDM regulations.Desirable:\\n\\nNEBOSH Diploma or progress toward it.\\nNEBOSH Construction Certificate.\\nPTTLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector).\\nEnvironmental awareness.\\nExperience in delivering training.\\nBackground in project work or construction.\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\nSalary: £40,000 – 45,000 per annum\\n25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays\\nOne paid volunteering day per year to support the community\\nCar allowance\\nLife Assurance\\nEmployee referral bonuses\\nEmployee Assistance Programme: Free and confidential 24/7 support for all lifestyle matters\\nSmartphone/tablet providedOur client is committed to ensuring all job applicants are treated with fairness and respect. \\n\\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
