Purpose of the role

Colas UK have a great opportunity for a full time Warehouse Administrator to join the team at their Depot in West Bromwich. The role is on many bus routes and requires a computer literate candidate who has worked in warehousing, stores, despatch, trade counters or similar environments, using a FLT and computer systems.

Main Responsibilities

As Warehouse Administrator, you will work front of house with customer service responsibility and order processing via email and over the phone. You will also use a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) for stock management and the loading and unloading of vehicles. You will be responsible for handling card payment transactions and maintain stock levels in the depot and on the computer system.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a current Forklift licence or expired with willingness to retake. You will be willing to learn the product range and have strong communication skills whilst being IT Literate – Microsoft Packages and experience in using databases.
