Make a real difference in the lives of patients receiving home oxygen therapy. As a Regional Respiratory Specialist, you'll be the clinical specialist for our client who are based in the South East and South Central regions. You'll leverage your respiratory expertise to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver engaging training, ensure the highest quality of service, and drive awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, both in person and virtually.
- Training & Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external partners.
- Clinical Excellence: Champion clinical governance through ongoing staff training and adherence to best practices.
- Service Advocacy: Promote Vivisol's comprehensive range of services and products to expand access to care.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across key service areas, ensuring patient safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape, including political and clinical factors.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
- Product Promotion: Facilitate product evaluations to highlight the benefits of Vivisol's offerings.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or Physiotherapist with current professional registration.
- Significant experience in a respiratory care setting.
- Proven experience working with Home Oxygen services.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training materials.
