Key Responsibilities
– Recruitment: Develop job descriptions, prepare ads, shortlist candidates, and assist managers with onboarding and induction.
– Employee Relations: Handle workplace conflicts, manage long-term sick cases, and liaise with union reps and legal advisors.
– HR Administration: Maintain records, manage payroll input, and ensure compliance with audit standards and employment legislation.
– Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop plans, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
– CIPD Qualified: Essential.
– Experience: 2+ years in a similar FMCG HR role, union experience is a plus.
– Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel, excellent communication, well-organised, and methodical.
