Receptionist / Facilities Administrator Based in Derby | on-site role with parking available Full Time hours | shifts will be 7:30am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm | one week on each ASAP start for a minimum of 1 month | very likely to be extended or be made permanent Pay rate of £13.00 per hour + holiday pay One of my regular clients has reached out to me for some Reception temp cover at their offices based in Derby on a Full-Time basis, initially for one month but will likely run until the end of the year. The hours for this role will be either an early shift (7:30am to 3:30pm) or a later shift (10:30am to 7:00pm) – worked one week on the early shift, then one week on the later shift. Candidates must be flexible and able to work both/either shift when needed. Candidates should also have their own transport as there may be some requirement to cover other offices locally. The main purpose of this role will be to provide Reception cover & basic Facilities support to the business. Duties involved in this role will include: * Working on the front-desk Reception, providing excellent service to all visitors & staff entering the office * Ensuring that all visitors are appropriately signed in & vetted before entering the building, challenging unexpected visitors when required * Handling incoming calls, passing to the appropriate party * Assisting with meeting room bookings including organising refreshments & stationery * Carrying out maintenance checks, reporting any faults or work needing done to the service desk * Some basic ad-hoc administration as required In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: * Previous experience in a Reception or Administration role – this experience is ESSENTIAL * Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal * Solid IT Skills If this is the role for you, apply now!
