This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure project with a focus on drainage and civils works. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee Site Production: Manage and supervise the Drainage and Civils Package on-site. * Concrete Road Repairs: Knowledge and experience in concrete road repairs, specifically Pre Overlay activities. * Highways Specification: Ensure work is carried out to a high standard, adhering to Highways specifications. * Quality and Safety Focus: Maintain a strong focus on site quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. * Documentation: Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and manage Non-Conformance Records. * Daily Reporting: Keep accurate daily records of events and activities through a daily diary. * Programming Support: Assist in developing and updating the project program, ensuring timely delivery. * Team Guidance: Support and guide Site Engineers, providing mentorship and direction when needed. Qualifications and Experience: * Previous experience as a Section Engineer on similar highways or civil engineering projects. * Strong understanding of Highways Specification and drainage works. * Attention to detail with the ability to focus on quality and safety on-site. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team environment. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
