About the Role
The Director GTM Enablement will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful launch and sustained success of products in the market. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, sales enablement, content development, product launch management, performance analysis, and customer feedback integration.
Responsibilities
- GTM Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for A&G solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and across functions.
- Innovation Scaling: Support the introduction of new innovations, driving market adoption and scalability.
- Product Positioning & Revenue Enablement: Assist in refining product positioning, ensuring revenue enablement plans across solutions and alignment from pre-sales motion to post-sales customer success.
- Market Expansion: Identify and support opportunities for market adjacency expansion to drive business growth.
- GTM Excellence and Best Practices: Develop and implement GTM best practices, playbooks, and frameworks to optimize market execution.
Requirements
- Have solid business acumen and experience in Go-To-Market strategy, product marketing, or related fields.
- Have the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Be experienced in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Have excellent communication and project management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
