About the role
As a Senior People Partner, you will operate as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in both our leadership and people teams, supporting them to drive important initiatives and enhance employee engagement to foster a high-performance culture. You will report into and collaborate closely with our Head of People Partnering to design, communicate and embed important changes to processes, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving impact with a variety of key stakeholders, and demonstrate the value of operating as a partner through your delivery and creative thinking.

What you'll be doing
Your role will evolve alongside business needs, but you can expect your key responsibilities to include:

  • People Partnering: Collaborating with key stakeholders to align on people team goals. Operate as an effective bridge between the business and the people team, creating effective feedback loops where necessary.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensuring policies and procedures are embedded and upheld across the business.
  • Employee Relations: Delivering a quality service to the business by acting as a trusted advisor for employees and managers; addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a fair and inclusive approach throughout.
  • Data & Insights: Leveraging people analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the success of people processes, such as performance reviews, parental, pastoral care, people forums, and exit processes to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Change Management: Supporting business transformations by ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and employee adaptation to change.
  • Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote a positive company culture and employee well-being while acting as a role model to our company principles.

Who We're Looking For
Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people metrics into actionable insights. The ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and leverage those to influence business decisions. Someone with a sharp eye for detail, meticulous and accurate in everything they do. An empathetic communicator with a high level of emotional intelligence who can communicate well, build relationships and handle challenges with tact. Strong problem-solving, initiative, conflict resolution, and coaching skills. Passion for fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
