My client is one of the leading developers that operate across the UK and after a successful project win, they are now looking for a M&E Site Manager to work on this scheme on a contract basis. For the right person, this can lead to a permanent opportunity.

They are seeking a M&E Site Manager to manage the mechanical and electrical packages of one of the most prestigious residential schemes in London, consisting of over 250 units. You will need to have a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work, and have extensive experience working on residential schemes with either a main contractor or developer as a M&E Site Manager.
