Transport Refrigeration Engineer

Transport Refrigeration Engineer Location: Field-Based – Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Ipswich & Surrounding Areas Salary: £55,000+ OTE (including Overtime & Call-Out Rota) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in the transport refrigeration sector, who are seeking an experienced Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a field-based position, covering a wide area including Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and up to Ipswich. Candidates located on the outskirts of North or East London may also be considered. Key Responsibilities: * Installation, servicing, and repair of transport refrigeration systems * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs on various mobile refrigeration units * Attending scheduled and emergency maintenance visits * Participating in the call-out rota and working overtime as required Requirements: * Previous experience in transport refrigeration or a closely related field * Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently * Full UK driving licence * F-Gas certification (preferred but not essential) Benefits: * Realistic £55,000+ through overtime and call-out work * Company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided * Ongoing training and career development opportunities
