Our client is looking for an experienced internal sales executive to work within the sales team to help expand the business further.
Duties:
- Sourcing new leads and opportunities from cold calls and inbound call handling
- Pre-qualifying inbound leads
- Explaining the benefits of the products and services
- Renewing and upselling aftersales and service contracts to existing customers
- Daily CRM management to plan and manage pipeline and sales
- Self-generating leads within new and emerging markets
- Ensuring customer information is kept up to date
