We require a full-time Administrator to join the team in supporting an Independent Review of Maternity Services at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. This is not a remote or hybrid-working post; applicants will be expected to work from the Chichester Offices, in central Chichester.

Main duties of the job:

  • Provide a comprehensive administrative service within the team, including:
  • Word processing of all forms of correspondence
  • Reports and summaries that are required by the team
  • Organise appointments
  • Telephone work and maintain filing in both paper and electronic records and inputting and updating service user information.

A Successful Candidate will have:

  • A good telephone manner
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.
