An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s fastest-scaling entrepreneurial brands as an in-house Videographer. This is a full-time role based at the Peterborough HQ of Joseph Valente.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a high-performance content and business operation, with daily filming, rapid production cycles, and national brand exposure.
Video Production & Editing- Film and produce the ongoing documentary series Unfinished Business, capturing real-time behind-the-scenes footage of an 8-figure business operation.
- Capture dynamic, high-impact visuals from events, masterclasses and live speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams to ensure high production standards are consistently met.
- Work closely with Joseph Valente and internal departments to deliver brand-aligned video content across multiple channels.
- Manage the full production process from filming, editing, and final delivery to ensure rapid turnaround and high visual quality.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with multiple active projects running simultaneously.
- Identify new and creative ways to engage audiences through video.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and video marketing strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align video content with broader brand campaigns.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and create engaging vlogs to showcase company culture.
- Direct and coach on-screen talent to achieve the best performance.
- Manage lighting, sound, and camera equipment for professional-quality production.
- Ensure proper organisation and archiving of digital assets.
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Proven experience in video production, filming, and editing, ideally within business, documentary, social-first, or commercial content.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of modern editing styles, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to adapt editing style to match the brand’s voice and identity.
- A strong grasp of content trends across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the visual and narrative style of creators such as MrBeast, Alex Hormozi, Steven Bartlett, and Iman Gadzhi.
- A full UK driving licence holder, with access to a vehicle for off-site filming.
