Are you a target-driven individual looking to excel in your career as a Mortgage Advisor? Red Recruitment is looking for sales-focused young professionals in Fareham to join our client, an established and successful, award-winning mortgage brokerage. Ideally, you will have previous sales experience or have a degree in either business or finance and you must be willing to study and work towards gaining your CeMAP qualification. The salary is £27,000 per annum with an OTE of £30,000. After the training period, the salary does increase and will continue to increase as you develop your career.
