As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our team in London with a dedicated and driven Candidate Resourcer.

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and results-driven Candidate Resourcer to join our London team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates for our construction clients, ensuring we meet the recruitment needs of the industry with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for a variety of construction roles.

*

Manage and maintain candidate databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.

*

Screen candidates and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

*

Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

*

Post job adverts on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks.

*

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep up-to-date with the recruitment landscape.

*

Provide regular updates to the team on candidate pipeline and activity.

Key Skills and Experience:

*

Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing is a plus but not essential.

*

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

*

Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships with candidates.

*

Organisational skills and attention to detail.

*

Self-motivated and results-driven.

*

A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.

*

Knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media tools.

*

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
