We\’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking office design & build firm based in Central London that is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to support their bids and proposals function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye and strong attention to detail to play a key role in winning high-profile projects.

The Role:

As a Junior Bid Coordinator / Graphic Designer, you\’ll work closely with the senior bid team to create visually engaging, brand-aligned proposal documents and marketing collateral. Your designs will directly influence client perception and help win work in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the preparation of compelling, on-brand bid documents and presentations
2. Collaborate with bid managers to understand project goals and tailor content accordingly
3. Ensure consistency in design, layout, and tone across all submissions
4. Contribute creative ideas to help the team continuously improve proposal aesthetics
5. Maintain alignment with company branding guidelines

What We\’re Looking For:

1. 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within the office design & build or construction sectors
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
3. Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Great communication and interpersonal skills
6. Must be able to commute to Central London
