We\’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking office design & build firm based in Central London that is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to support their bids and proposals function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye and strong attention to detail to play a key role in winning high-profile projects.
The Role:
As a Junior Bid Coordinator / Graphic Designer, you\’ll work closely with the senior bid team to create visually engaging, brand-aligned proposal documents and marketing collateral. Your designs will directly influence client perception and help win work in a highly competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of compelling, on-brand bid documents and presentations
- Collaborate with bid managers to understand project goals and tailor content accordingly
- Ensure consistency in design, layout, and tone across all submissions
- Contribute creative ideas to help the team continuously improve proposal aesthetics
- Maintain alignment with company branding guidelines

What We\’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within the office design & build or construction sectors
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to commute to Central London
