This position is based in the Birmingham site and is part time 30 hours per week.\\n\\nDescription\\n\\nSupporting drivers to use the HR & Payroll system to submit timesheets and expenses\\nChecking and authorising driver timesheets\\nHelping drivers with basic questions about their pay & raising pay queries to the payroll team\\nStock Control & ordering (including Personal Protective Equipment)\\nAdministration of Tachograph data (driving hours and activities)\\nHealth, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) administration\\nGeneral administrative tasks\\nThe job holder has a responsibility to carry his/her duties in an efficient and conscientious manner and meet the key performance indicator requirements of the position.
