Due to a large increase in workload, we are currently recruiting a number of CNC Millers to join our prestigious client near Oldham on a permanent basis. The business are highly regarded as leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of equipment to a variety of industries including Nuclear, Oil and Gas and Power Generation. Successful candidates will be time-served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings, specifications and required quality standards. Candidates will be required to Programme, Set and Operate a number of different CNC Millers using Heidenhain controls to produce components from a range of materials including 316 Stainless, Mild Steel, Brass and other exotics. Candidates with experinece using Fanuc or Siemens controls would also be considered. 3 shift rotation – 6AM-2PM/ 2PM – 10PM / 10PM – 6AM 35% Shift premium applied. Job Description : * Programme / Edit, set and Operate CNC Millers using Heidenhain controls machining both fabricated and cast components to fine tolerances * Aid where required in the fitting department * Overhead crane operating experience Candidate Required Skills * Time-served with demonstrable experience programming, setting and operating CNC Millers working to very tight tolerances. * The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings. * Experienced Programming, Setting and Operating using Heidenhain / Fanuc or Siemens controls * Must have experience working on a range of materials including 316 Stainless, Inconel, Brass and other exotic materials This vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Agency
