Senior Site Manager

This is a great client to join, who are rapidly growing with a large number of project awards.

They are looking for an experienced site manager to work under a Project Manager on a brand new design and build housing scheme that has just started and is at groundworks stage. The project is circa 100 properties – all timber frame. There is a mixture of low rise apartments, two storey houses and bungalows.

The suitable candidate should:

1. Have Design and Build Residential Experience
2. Be comfortable overseeing all stages of project from groundworks, externals to internal finishing
3. Be driven and professional

It would also be advantageous to have timber frame experience and knowledge.

You must also hold:

1. SMSTS
2. First Aid

This is a permanent opportunity and therefore a stable work history is also preferred.
