HGV Class 1 drivers required for a large distribution company in Wellesbourne, with day shifts starting between 05:00 and 07:00. Pay rates range from £16.85 to £33.70 per hour. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 8-10-hour shifts. This will be trunking between different sites within the group.
Contract: Temporary, on-going
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work an average of 8-10-hour shifts with flexible starting times
- Delivering to retail stores and delivery centres all over the UK
- Arriving promptly and prepared to swap trailers
- No nights out will be required
To be successful:
- Must be competent completing delivery paperwork
- 1 year Class 1 experience minimum
- Must be flexible to switch shifts and start times
- Must have a valid CPC & Digi card
- Must complete driver assessment and induction before first shift that is paid
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
