Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Channel Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives for our partner network. This role focuses on enabling our channel partners with the tools, content, and campaigns they need to grow. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to deliver co-branded materials, partner communications, and demand generation support that align with our brand and commercial goals. While this role is primarily focused on supporting the UK marketing team for our indirect business, you will also contribute to regional channel marketing initiatives across wider European markets. This is a delivery-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on making things happen—balancing hands-on content creation with campaign execution, portal management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Brand Rollout: Support the successful rollout of our new channel brand by delivering campaigns and content that build awareness and solidify our presence in the market.
  • Partner Marketing Activities: Coordinate and execute partner marketing activities to support onboarding, engagement, and growth across the channel.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Create and distribute white-label and co-branded marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, email templates, and social content.
  • Partner Portal Management: Manage updates to partner portals, resource hubs, and content libraries, ensuring partners have easy access to the latest brand and campaign assets.
  • Partner Communications: Write and publish partner communications such as newsletters, brand updates, announcements, and promotional emails.
  • Brand Consistency: Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all partner touchpoints and aligned with wider commercial activity.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of partner webinars, events, and training sessions, including campaign setup and post-event communications.
  • Engagement Tracking & Reporting: Track engagement with partner materials and brand content, report on key metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Award Submissions: Create compelling award submissions that showcase partner success, product innovation, or campaign results, aligned with brand messaging.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Work with suppliers, designers, and agencies as needed to produce and deliver marketing assets or event-related materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a channel marketing, partner marketing, or marketing execution role in B2B.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience creating content for external use.
  • Understanding of indirect sales or partner models and the marketing support they require.
  • Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, CMS platforms, and digital content systems.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across branded content.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with co-branded asset creation, white-label content, and partner-specific campaign delivery.
  • Knowledge of telecoms, IT, or technology sectors.
  • Understanding of the full partner lifecycle and sales enablement best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital performance reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Experience coordinating events, webinars, or partner-facing activities.

What’s in it for me?

  • 23 days holiday (more for long service) plus an extra day off for your Birthday.
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.
  • Holiday purchase scheme.
  • Company Pension.
  • Healthcare scheme and life cover.
  • Amazing Savings with Perkbox – access to hundreds of discounts.
  • The ability to develop and progress your career.
  • Strong social ethos.
  • Be part of a high growth and very exciting European wide group, that prides itself on innovation, collaboration and strong customer focus.
