A growing consultancy in the Witney area is seeking a Director for their Building Services Design and Sustainability team. The role offers a salary of circa £90,000 and above, depending on experience.
We are looking for someone currently in a Director, Associate Director or Senior Management position within Building Services, with skills in office management, people management, and project delivery.
About the company:
This M&E and Sustainability consultancy is in its infancy and is looking for a Building Services Design Director, ideally with a mechanical bias, to join their Oxford office. Electrically biased Directors with the right skills will also be considered. The successful candidate will manage the office, oversee project delivery, and support business development through successful project execution.
The Oxford office currently has around 25 members, and the role involves delegating work and ensuring the delivery of all projects alongside other directors. There are plans for further expansion, with offices in Oxford and London.
The consultancy works across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and residential, utilising the latest technologies to equip staff with the tools needed for success. They seek someone who is passionate about their work and eager to contribute ideas to the business.
