Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Higher Education provision across the Health department.

  • Drive Higher Education recruitment in line with the College's University Centre KPIs while providing support to programme teams to help them achieve their targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong vocational background in Health or Social Care with proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Level 6 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Post-16 teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams to achieve KPIs, with a focus on high-quality Higher Education provision.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective teaching strategies that support Higher Education students, including those with additional needs or barriers to learning.
