Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Strong vocational background in Health or Social Care with proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Level 6 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Post-16 teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams to achieve KPIs, with a focus on high-quality Higher Education provision.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective teaching strategies that support Higher Education students, including those with additional needs or barriers to learning.
