We seek an experienced Business Analyst to support local authority (LA) education services, focusing on the MRI (Capita) One system. The role requires expertise in system configuration, enhancements, change management, and MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development.
Your role as a Business Analyst:
- Analyse education service processes (SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology) to improve efficiency.
- Lead system developments, implement new functionalities, and ensure seamless integration.
- Design and develop MRI (Capita) One portals to enhance user experience and operations.
- Manage system development projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.
- Oversee change management during system upgrades and feature rollouts.
- Mentor colleagues and enhance team expertise in MRI (Capita) One.
- Troubleshoot system issues with IT teams and vendors.
Requirements needed:
- Business Analyst experience within LA education services.
- Strong knowledge of SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology, and School Transport.
