Role: Trade Counter Assistant Location: St Albans Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 5pm Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 an hour, weekly pay An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Trade Counter Assistant to join a fast paced, busy client based in St Albans Temporary to Permanent opportunity Duties of a Trade Counter Assistant: Provide excellent customer service through enthusiasm and knowledge of our products Develop exceptional relationships face to face with customers as well as over the phone, and maintain these relationships. Stock control & ordering of goods Promoting products within the store Support face to face, telephone and email queries. Maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service Maintain professional standards of product knowledge Provide support to our customers looking to get the correct product.
