Are you an innovative and creative Product Designer with a passion for bringing new packaging ideas to life? Join our dynamic commercial team as an R&D Product Developer!
In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in developing market-leading packaging products from concept to execution. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Director, you'll transform customer insights and business briefs into designs that are not only visually compelling but also commercially successful. You'll use your expertise in materials, technology, and sustainability to create products that truly stand out.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design process for new products and packaging, ensuring they align with market trends and consumer needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create prototypes and refine designs through user testing.
- Drive sustainable practices by integrating eco-friendly materials and processes into your designs.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to final execution.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Product Design or Industrial Design (or similar).
- 4+ years of proven experience in creating innovative packaging products from concept to production - previous technical knowledge of packaging is essential!
- Strong skills in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- A passion for sustainability and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across departments.
