Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a national FM and building services provider in Worcester. You will play a vital part in covering various services such as M&E, building fabric, projects together with P&L responsibility for the contract, life cycle, continuous improvement and increasing the revenue. This is a full time permanent role, paying up to £70,000 per annum in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and car allowance.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:
- Ensure high quality service delivery across the range of services
- Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit and cash collection
- Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contract and provide leadership to the site team
- Work with the senior management team and Client
- Promoting/fostering a culture of continuous improvement whereby improvements to service delivery and commercial value are identified and implemented
- Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external customers to maximise operational excellence and growth opportunity
- Ensure development of direct reports, and wider team, using regular reviews and training
- Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all employees, the client and patients
Essential experience the Senior Account Manager would need:
- Possesses extensive operational management experience
- Commercial experience
- Technical bias
- Has previously held P&L responsibility
- Possesses proven people management experience
- Is numerate and analytical and financially aware
- Demonstrates a strong concern for order and quality
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the basic principles of M&E systems
