My client are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work in Newbury, Berkshire on their residential scheme starting ASAP on an 8 month contract. They are looking for a motivated individual who has volume house building experience and can be solely responsible for the delivery of housing from 1st fix to CML. The successful candidate will also need to support the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality and also take responsibility for supervising the development and overseeing building work, ensuring agreed specifications, budgets and timescales are met.
Qualifications required:
- Appropriate CSCS card.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid at Work certificate.
