Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Criminal Lawyer to join our Dudley Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who can immediately join the Duty Solicitor Rota and has experience in police station representation, court advocacy, and litigation.

The Role:

  • Full-time, including out-of-hours and weekend work for duty rota and police station representation
  • As part of our Criminal Defence team, you will:
  • Handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters
  • Represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts
  • Advocate in court cases, including bail applications, case management hearings, and trials
  • Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota, including out-of-hours and weekend work
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients

  • Be a qualified solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation
  • Have experience representing clients at police stations and in court
