Flourish Education is seeking a flexible and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join our team, covering day-to-day supply work across a variety of Primary Schools in and around Wolverhampton. As a Primary Supply Teacher with Flourish Education, you'll have the freedom to choose your working days, allowing you to fit work around your personal commitments. You will be delivering pre-planned lessons and marking student work in line with each school’s policy. Your role will also include maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour, working closely with teaching assistants, and creating a positive learning environment for the students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 (no lesson planning required).
  • Mark and assess student work in line with the school’s policies.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining high expectations.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants to support students’ learning.
To apply for this role, you will need:
  • Recent experience in teaching in Primary Schools, within the last year.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • A positive reference from your most recent employer.
  • At least 2 references from the last 24 months in an educational setting.
